3D Personnel is working with a well-established and expanding specialist installation business operating within the kitchen and worktop sector. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an Installation Manager to oversee installation operations across the Dublin area.

This role will suit an experienced, hands-on professional who enjoys managing teams, owning outcomes, and delivering high-quality projects in a customer-facing environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of installations, ensuring standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction are consistently met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and coordinating installation teams and schedules
  • Carrying out on-site kitchen measurements using digital templating equipment (full training provided)
  • Overseeing installations to ensure quality, compliance, and finish
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers during installation stages
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in installation management, site supervision, or a similar role
  • Kitchen fitting experience is a strong advantage
  • Stone or worktop experience beneficial, but not essential
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
  • Full, clean driving licence
