We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in the UK.

Join our expanding team in advanced AI solutions. As a key player, you'll drive business growth, develop customer relationships, and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closure. This role is ideal for a dynamic, results-driven sales professional who excels in a consultative sales environment.

Position: Inside Sales Representative, AI project

Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland

Work model: Hybrid, 2 days per week at the office

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Generate and qualify leads using outbound prospecting, cold calls, email, and social media.
  • Build opportunities and establish strong initial connections with potential clients.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions for lasting relationships.
  • Conduct needs analysis and present compelling solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to implement efficient sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor actions to discover new opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Native or fluent in German, with C1-level English proficiency.
  • Proven success in outbound sales, ideally in B2B, tech, or SaaS sectors.
  • Strong orientation towards exceeding targets.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Exceptional at building client-focused relationships.
  • Strong persuasive and consultative selling abilities.
  • Basic understanding of technology and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Receptive to feedback and committed to performance improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
