- Analyse current capabilities, define future-state roadmaps, and develop business cases aligned to client strategic objectives
- Advise on end-to-end asset lifecycle management, from strategy and planning through to delivery, operations, and optimisation
- Lead maturity assessments, process design, and capability uplift initiatives, supporting capital planning, performance improvement, and lifecycle cost optimisation
- Design and implement technology-enabled solutions (e.g., SAP, Maximo, IFS), incorporating AI, IoT, digital twins, BIM, and advanced analytics
- Support OT/IT integration, data strategy development, and intelligent asset ecosystems, including fit-gap analysis and system selection
- Lead or support delivery of complex programmes, ensuring outcomes across time, cost, and quality
- Establish and optimise PMO and project control frameworks, using data-driven insights to enhance delivery performance
- Facilitate client workshops and foster strong stakeholder relationships through collaborative, human-centred approaches
- Contribute to thought leadership, innovation initiatives, and industry insights
- Support business development through proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations
- Contribute to internal capability building, methodology development, and mentoring of junior team members

- Understanding of end-to-end asset lifecycle processes, asset strategy & planning, asset performance & optimisation, and maintenance & operations transformation
- Experience with EAM/ERP platforms such as SAP, Maximo, IFS and integration across enterprise systems and OT environments
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and structured thinking skills
- Experience developing transformation roadmaps and business cases, leading workshops, and engaging stakeholders
