Job summary

Accpro in Dublin is seeking an experienced Category Buying professional to drive product strategy, profitability and go-to-market plans across hospitality and inflight retail segments. The role collaborates with commercial, materials, culinary and warehouse teams to ensure ranges are current, on budget and on time, while identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' category buying experience.
• Right to work in Ireland.
• Experience in category, product or brand function.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to plan under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Sound knowledge of ERP, Strategic Sourcing and Source to Pay.
• Attention to detail and strong numerical/analytical ability.
• Proactive and persuasive with budget/financial understanding.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and execute a category buying strategy to grow sales and profit.
