The Maintenance Technician role is responsible for executing, monitoring and recording maintenance breakdowns and follow-ups across production lines, ensuring safety and adherence to a defined maintenance strategy.
The ideal candidate has hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role in regulated manufacturing environment.
- Experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
- Knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment and high-speed systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality maintenance service to production, ensuring efficiency, safety and alignment with maintenance strategy.
- Execute preventive maintenance and Condition Based Monitoring program.
- Provide maintenance support, enter data, update equipment records and generate performance reports.
