Job summary

Meath Business Podcast is seeking a VAT professional to manage client relationships, lead engagements and drive value through consultancy and compliance projects.

The role requires strong leadership, relationship management and communication skills, with a passion for coaching others and delivering measurable outcomes for clients and the firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a VAT technical role incl. consulting and compliance.
• AITI/CTA qualified or equivalent.
• Proven ability to direct and drive multiple engagements.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic team player with coaching ability.
• Ambitious with commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing client relationships, business development and participate in various consultancy projects.
• Bring business knowledge, innovation and insight to create value for clients and the firm.
• Directing and driving the success of multiple engagements.
• Embrace the digital transformation being undertaken in our business. Being motivated to apply technology solutions to our day-to-day business and that of our clients.
• Coach team members and drive the team to make a difference and deliver results in a responsible, authentic and passionate manner.
• Be responsible for managing within budgetary and time constraints while providing a high-level of client satisfaction.
• Mentor and coach trainees, participate in internal training delivery and act as an advocate to promote our learning culture.

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in a VAT technical role to include consulting and compliance.
• Strong academic record, AITI/CTA qualified or equivalent
• Expert at directing and driving the success of multiple engagements.
• Strong relationship management skills, ability to read situations and modify behavior to build quality, diverse relationships.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Enthusiastic team player and manager with a passion to coach and encourage others to achieve their potential.
