Job summary

Clarks in Ireland is seeking a Sales Associate to provide an outstanding consumer experience in store while meeting set targets and KPIs. You will actively sell shoes and accessories through Clarks selling models and support daily operational standards on the shop floor and in back-of-house areas.

Qualifications

• Delivery of great brand experience and up-to-date product knowledge.
• Achieving store KPIs by delivering sales at target levels.
• Maintaining high retail standards front and back of house.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers’ experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
• Support the achievement of key store KPI’s by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas in order to deliver high brand and retail standards
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
