Job summary

Clear. in Leixlip, Dublin is seeking an experienced Security Design Engineer to lead and review the design of electronic security systems across major data centre projects across Europe.

You will play a key role from pre-construction through to project delivery, ensuring security solutions are robust and fully integrated with building systems. You will develop CCTV, Access Control and Intrusion designs, coordinate with ICT/MEP/CSA teams, and manage design documents from concept to handover while

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience designing Electronic Security systems on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection and integrated security systems.
• Experience using BIM tools such as Revit and Navisworks.
• Degree qualified in Electronic Engineering, ICT or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing and reviewing Electronic Security designs for hyperscale data centre projects
• Coordinating with ICT, MEP and CSA teams to ensure seamless system integration
• Supporting tender submissions and technical bid responses
• Managing design documentation from concept through to construction and handover
• Supporting construction teams and resolving technical design challenges on-site
