Strata, an engineering-led consultancy in Dublin, seeks a Project Planner to shape complex, high-value programmes across Civils and MEP. You’ll blend technical planning with data-driven tools to keep projects on track and deliver value for clients across Europe.

With a focus on accurate progress updates, risk management and collaboration with site, design and commercial teams, you’ll play a key role in shaping schedules, interfaces and procurement delivery while embracing digital construction

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience in the construction industry.
• Experience with planning/scheduling tools and modern planning methods.

Responsabilités

• Support the development and maintenance of construction programmes, aligning with project milestones.
• Assist with detailed schedule development for Civils and MEP systems with senior planners.
• Help implement project controls to track progress, productivity and programme performance.
• Prepare progress updates and reports for internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Support preparation and review of method statements for safe delivery.
• Develop sequence sketches, phasing diagrams and simple planning visuals for site coordination.
• Collaborate with site, design, engineering and commercial teams to identify risks and opportunities.
• Assist with progress measurement activities and procurement tracking.
• Provide support with change management and programme updates.
