Job summary

Eli Lilly Cork is offering an O2C Intern – Order Management for 8 months starting January 2027. Hybrid role requiring on-site presence 50% in Little Island, Cork and 50% remote. Open to students pursuing BSc/BA in Business or Commerce. Salary €30,500.

Interns will support the OM Analyst with order processing, data review and operational reporting, gaining hands-on experience in a global healthcare company.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in 3rd level education and ready to pursue student placement as part of an undergraduate program
• Good understanding of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to the OM Analyst
• Effectively process all manual orders received through fax & email, ensuring priority for urgent orders, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Return and credit note processing
• Customer master data review
• Operational reporting
