Job summary

Arthur Cox LLP is seeking an Innovation Consultant to drive technology-enabled transformation in a fast-paced legal environment. The role combines business process design, change management, and AI, delivering projects from concept to adoption.

You will lead day-to-day delivery, partner with lawyers and IT, and champion deployment of AI tools such as Copilot and Legora across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 5 years’ applicable experience is essential; leadership of projects or workstreams is an advantage.
• Experience in leading business application deployments into a business organisation, including business analysis, requirements gathering, process design, change management and training, is essential.

Responsibilities

• Taking accountability for the delivery of assigned projects and workstreams within budgets and governance.
• Develop a deep understanding of legal work to identify opportunities to apply AI, legal tech and automation.
• Lead lifecycle activity for assigned products, including pilots, implementation and adoption.
