Job summary

Clúid is seeking a Building & Grounds Attendant to provide landscaping and grounds maintenance across housing schemes in Leinster and Dublin surrounding areas. The role covers cleaning, safety checks, and liaison with external contractors to keep schemes environmentally safe and well cared for.

This permanent, full-time position offers a salary ranging from €25,086 to €34,493 (DOE) with benefits and opportunities for professional development within a values-driven organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining communal landscaping and grounds.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
• Possess a full clean driver's licence and manual handling training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping and grounds in communal areas.
• Develop and follow cleaning rotas for schemes.
• Litter picking and cleaning car parks and sheds.
• Regular health and safety checks and report issues.
