Planet is hiring a Data Scientist to join our AI team and lead commercial data science work. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to transform customer and revenue data into models and insights that drive revenue growth, reduce churn, and surface cross-sell opportunities.

You will own end-to-end model development, feature engineering, training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining, while communicating findings clearly to executives and engineers alike.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in applied data science with commercial focus.
• Strong SQL and Python proficiency for production code.
• Experience building models end-to-end and deploying them.

Responsabilités

• Churn modelling: build, deploy and iterate predictive models.
• Develop propensity models for cross-sell opportunities.
• Design attribution frameworks across channels and products.
• Plan and analyse A/B tests and quasi-experiments.
• Take models from notebook to production lifecycle.
• Communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
