Job summary

Unijobs on behalf of our public sector client has a requirement for a Cyber Risk Analyst to join their team. The duration is 12 months initially with likely extensions thereafter. The role is Flexible/Hybrid Working and requires attendance at client sites as needed.

Working 35 hours per week, the successful candidate will be employed as an agency employee at an hourly rate of €31.70, based on an annualised salary of €57,898, with 30 days annual leave and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience supporting or managing cyber or technology risk, compliance or audit in a regulated environment.
• Experience in cyber security risk management, audit or compliance with stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of NIS/NIS2, NIST CSF and ISO 27001.
• Proven ability to develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Cyber Risk Lead in delivering core cyber risk management activities within CISO Office.
• Undertake organisational cyber risk assessments and provide mitigation recommendations.
• Maintain cyber risk registers and oversee governance processes.
• Monitor emerging regulatory trends (NIS/NIS2) and assess impact on governance practices.
• Provide data analyses and reporting including KPIs, KRIs and trends.
• Escalate material cyber risks and overdue actions through governance routes.
• Track treatment plans, owners, due dates, and dependencies.
• Assist in preparing cyber risk reports, dashboards and briefing materials for management.
