Job summary

You will gather and translate business needs into clear requirements, work with stakeholders to prioritise features, and ensure successful deployment and testing across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing and documenting end-to-end business process flows using BA methodologies.
• Able to translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and user stories.
• Adaptable, highly organised, committed to continuous improvement and excellence.
• Comfortable prioritising requirements with stakeholders and coordinating deployment and testing.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document end-to-end business process sequences and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Gather, manage, define and validate business requirements for ACIA products and analytics.
• Coordinate deployment of new processes, tools and platform capabilities to stakeholders.
• Support testing across all project phases including unit, integration and user acceptance testing.
• Support existing products and Analytics Platform capabilities and prioritise improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business partners, data analytics specialists, product owners and technology colleagues.
