Our Lady's Hospice & Care Services in Harold's Cross, Dublin, seeks a Senior Occupational Therapist (Older Persons) to deliver a high-quality OT service to frail older adults with complex needs. The post offers 0.5 WTE (17.5 hours per week) in a dynamic multidisciplinary team, with clinical leadership responsibilities and opportunities for service development.

The Senior Occupational Therapist (Older Persons) will deliver a high-quality, person-centred, and evidence-based Occupational Therapy service to older adults presenting with frailty, complex comorbidities, and cognitive decline within OLH & CS. The Senior Occupational Therapist will work in conjunction with the Occupational Therapy and Multidisciplinary teams to meet the needs of the service users and the objectives of the Organisation.
Additionally, the successful candidate will provide clinical leadership, drive service development initiatives, and supervise Staff-Grade Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapy Assistants, and students to maintain the highest standards of clinical excellence.
In the context of this job description Older Person Services refers to the services in both Anna Gaynor House, Community Reablement Unit (CRU) and Older Persons Outpatient Services.
