Job summary

Black Diamond Networks is seeking an experienced HVAC and Commissioning Engineer to support the delivery and start-up of critical HVAC systems at a pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Ireland.

The role involves coordinating commissioning activities for HVAC and cleanroom systems, reviewing design documents, supporting FAT/SAT and installation verification, and completing commissioning checks with a focus on readying systems for qualification and handover.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have strong pharmaceutical or biotechnology commissioning experience.
• Practical knowledge of HVAC and cleanroom systems.
• Excellent documentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute commissioning activities for HVAC and cleanroom systems.
• Review design and engineering documentation and support FAT/SAT and installation verification.
• Complete commissioning checks and functional testing and manage punch-list items and deviations.
• Ensure systems are ready for qualification and operational handover.
• Collaborate with construction, engineering, CQV, quality, automation and operations teams to maintain GMP, GEP, safety and site quality requirements.

The role will involve close collaboration with construction, engineering, CQV, quality, automation, and operations teams while maintaining compliance with GMP, GEP, safety, and site quality requirements.
