Job summary

A leading electricity grid operator in Cork is seeking Engineers to join their Engineering & Asset Management team. Qualifications

• 4+ years relevant post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of transmission technology including new and emerging technologies.
• Experience assessing substation designs for conformity to standards at 110/220/400 kV.
• Experience completing onsite inspections and monitoring for compliance.
• Full drivers licence.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering assignments to meet business priorities.
• Undertake project design reviews/site inspections on transmission projects.
• Deliver projects to meet key departmental and company objectives.

Skills

Electrical Engineering qualification

Technical knowledge in high voltage transmission design
