HRIS Analyst (Maternity Cover - Contract)

Location: Dublin (Hybrid working available)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive HRIS Analyst to join a dynamic HR team on a maternity cover basis. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional who enjoys optimising HR systems, enabling new features and ensuring data integrity to support effective HR operations.

System Strategy & Development
  • Shape and deliver a roadmap for HR system enhancements
  • Roll out new features and employee self-service tools
  • Act as the system expert, ensuring smooth and efficient performance
Operational Oversight
  • Manage daily HRIS activities, including audits, troubleshooting, and updates
  • Drive continuous improvement and liaise with vendors on technical issues
Data Insights & Reporting
  • Produce accurate HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making
  • Safeguard data integrity through regular audits and compliance checks
  • Support survey and reporting requirements as needed
    User Support & Engagement
    • Provide expert support to HR colleagues, leadership and system users
    • Manage employee lifecycle updates (new hires, exits, time off)
    • Communicate system changes and enhancements across the organisation
    Collaboration & Growth
    • Keep up to date with HR technology trends and best practices
    • Contribute to strategic HR projects and provide support during peak periods
    Skills & Experience
    • 2-5 years' experience in HRIS or HR analyst roles
    • Proven track record in HR system implementation and project management
    • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g BambooHR or similar)
    • Strong skills in HR dashboards and analytics (Power BI, Advanced Excel)
    • Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail
    • Experience with Gender Pay Gap reporting (essential)
    • Understanding of EU Pay Transparency Directive requirements
