This position is embedded within the People team and collaborates closely with the wider Core Functions team and all areas of the firm. As a key player in implementing the firm's People strategy, the role actively supports the success and growth of business units and the firm overall. Working in partnership with the broader management team is essential to realising our vision and driving our ambitious growth plans. The ideal candidate will be results‑driven and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, adept at tackling challenges and finding solutions swiftly.
Reporting to the Core Functions Director, this opportunity offers the chance to join a dynamic professional team and contribute across a broad spectrum of People initiatives and projects. We are seeking someone who is motivated, curious, proactive, and adaptable, with excellent communication skills.
