  • Business acumen and understanding of operational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR advisor to managers and employees on workplace issues, policies, and employment practices.
  • Conduct workplace investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions.
  • Provide coaching on performance management, conflict resolution, and development.
  • Support disciplinary actions with fairness and consistency.
  • Foster positive employee relations through proactive engagement.
  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
