Operating across three regions, this organisation is known for delivering high-quality Day, Residential, and Respite services to both children and adults. ???? The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and results-focused HR Business Partner to join the leadership team. This role is based in Limerick with responsibility spanning multiple service locations across Limerick. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and guiding strategic HR initiatives, while offering expert advice in all areas of employee relations. While the role has national scope, it includes a regional travel remit and flexibility through a hybrid work structure.

Working closely with service managers and department leads across various disciplines, you'll be instrumental in aligning HR practices with organisational goals and providing leadership and coaching to teams on employment law and best-in-class HR operations.

✅ What You'll Need
  • A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years' recent senior-level HR experience (Public Sector)
  • Strong expertise in Employee and Industrial Relations
  • Proven track record of working in a unionised environment
  • In-depth knowledge of current Irish employment legislation
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • Behavioural competencies at Level 3 of the organisation's internal framework
