We are seeking an HR Generalist / HR Business Partner to join a well-established organisation in Donegal Town on a 6-month maternity leave contract. This is a fully onsite role suited to someone who enjoys being hands‑on in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily HR support across the business.
  • Lead and support employee relations matters, including performance, conduct and grievance processes.
  • Conduct and support workplace investigations in line with HR policies.
  • Partner with managers to provide guidance on HR best practice.
