As an HR Business Partner you will support one of our specialist business units. This is a senior role, working closely with the BU Managing Director, who is also a member of the board and shareholder. The HRBP will provide strategic and operational HR support to drive performance, engagement and retention across the business.

Location: Citywest Head Office (with some EU travel)

Reports to: Head of HR

Direct Reporting Line: Business Unit Managing Director

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the BU leadership team to deliver the people strategy.
  • Manage the full employee life cycle from onboarding to exit.
  • Lead workforce and resource planning, ensuring future capability needs are met.
  • Support and coach managers on performance and probation management.
  • Develop and implement employee retention initiatives.
  • Lead and advise on disciplinary investigations and hearings.
  • Drive talent management and succession planning, ensuring action plans are in place.
  • Prepare and present HR updates, data and people metrics at board meetings.
  • Oversee the annual pay review process.
  • Provide day to day HR support and guidance across the business.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
Qualifications
  • Strong experience in a HRBP or senior HR role
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong influencing, coaching and presentation skills
  • Resilient, confident and able to work in a dynamic and evolvingli>
  • Experience of HR systems such as Advanced HR or similar desirable
  • Relevant third level qualification in HRM, Business or related field
  • CIPD membership an advantage but not essential
