A leading construction firm in Dublin seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support. The role includes partnering with business leadership, managing the employee life cycle, and driving retention initiatives. Candidates should have strong HRBP backgrounds, excellent organizational and coaching skills, and ideally possess relevant HR qualifications. As an HR Business Partner you will support one of our specialist business units. This is a senior role, working closely with the BU Managing Director, who is also a member of the board and shareholder. The HRBP will provide strategic and operational HR support to drive performance, engagement and retention across the business.
Location: Citywest Head Office (with some EU travel)
