HR Administrator, Employee Experience, HR Team

Location: Dublin

Contract: Full Time, Permanent Contract

The purpose of this role is to function within the HR team with responsibility for Employee Experience, Operations, and processes. This role will include creating a purposeful and positive onboarding experience for all new hires and offering HR support to employees and managers where necessary.

What You Will Do
  • Manage onboarding tasks including pre-employment checks, communications, and SLA compliance.
  • Provide real-time updates to new hires, hiring managers, and coordinate start dates.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS system and HR Locker.
  • Administer contracts of employment and ensure HR records and trackers are up to date.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyse feedback, and contribute to HR KPIs.
  • Monitor probation periods, guiding managers through the process.
  • Update and deliver monthly employee communications and organisational charts.
  • Support reporting and HR projects, driving continuous improvement across the organisation.
What You Will Need
  • Proven HR admin experience
  • Relevant third level qualification at degree level in HR with CIPD membership (Desirable)
  • Must have excellent organisational skill with strong focus on attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to write clear and accurate reports, analyse data and present in a confident manner
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, MS Teams and database systems.
  • Ability to work as part of a team which shares a common goal.
  • Ability to use initiative and seek direction when appropriate
  • Ability to anticipate problems and generate solutions
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise competing demands
  • Ability to deal with confidential information and work with integrity
