A leading charity organization in Dublin seeks an HR Administrator to enhance employee experience and manage HR operations. The role requires proven HR administrative expertise and involves onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR projects. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills and experience with MS Office tools.
Location: Dublin
Contract: Full Time, Permanent Contract
The purpose of this role is to function within the HR team with responsibility for Employee Experience, Operations, and processes. This role will include creating a purposeful and positive onboarding experience for all new hires and offering HR support to employees and managers where necessary.
