Job summary

A leading social care organization in Dublin is seeking a Housing Case Worker to provide essential support to individuals and families in securing housing solutions. The successful candidate will have a minimum Level 7 Degree and practical experience in dealing with homelessness. Responsibilities include assisting residents with tenancy agreements and liaising with external partners. This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary range of €34,313- €48,240 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 7 Degree in Social Care, Social Studies, or related fields.
• Experience in the area of homelessness and housing is essential.
• Good knowledge of Housing Assistance Payment and tenancy agreements.

Responsibilities

• Admit residents and provide full induction.
• Assist residents in finding suitable housing options.
• Liaise with external service providers.
