Job summary

Staycity Group is seeking a Housekeeping Team Member to help shape the Staycity guest journey. You will uphold the standards of our property presentation and hygiene while delivering friendly, efficient service to guests.

Full training will be provided, and prior experience is helpful but not required. You’ll work within a team to implement SOPs, adapt to guest needs, and contribute to a welcoming, comfortable stay.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role is helpful but full training will be provided!
• Adaptability: Ability to respond quickly to feedback, guest needs, and operational demands.

Responsibilities

• Implement and uphold the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our Housekeeping department, ensuring strict adherence
• Maintain the property's presentation and hygiene standards, consistently meeting the company's high-quality benchmarks and completing all general housekeeping duties as and when required
