Responsibilities

• Maintain the Enable Ireland Centre at Breakfree Lodge and Pairc na Coille to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Clean kitchen, canteen and assist with day-to-day organisation of the canteen area for meals.
• Report defects or malfunctions in equipment to your supervisor.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and consult with the Person in Charge.

To be employed as a Housekeeper/Cleaner on a Community Employment Project at the Enable Ireland Centre at Breakfree Lodge and Pairc Na Coille, Ennis, Co. Clare. Garda / Police clearance is required. Role will be split across two different locations, with flexibility around days and hours in each location to be discussed.

• To ensure that the Enable Ireland Centre at Breakfree Lodge and Pairc na Coille is maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in line with the requirements of the Health, Safety and Welfare at Work Act.
• The general up-keep of the premises including, cleaning of kitchen, canteen, helping with the day to day organising of the canteen area for meals.
• Any other duties considered appropriate by the Line manager.
• To ensure that cleaning supplies are in stock and have regular consultations with the Person in Charge.
• To report to your supervisor any defects or malfunctions in equipment coming to your notice.
