Qualifications

• Proven experience in a multi-site or regional hotel leadership role.
• Strong branded hotel background (Hilton / Marriott / IHG highly desirable).
• Commercially astute with strong operational credibility.
• Experienced in fast-growth and development-led environments.
• Willing to travel regularly across the UK & Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to all General Managers across the portfolio.
• Drive commercial performance, guest satisfaction, and brand compliance.
• Support and lead new hotel openings and pre-opening activity.
