Location: 4715 45 Street, Rocky Mountain House, AB T4T 1B1. Salary: $15.00 per hour. Hours: 20‑40 per week. Employment type: Permanent part‑time, eligible for full‑time. Shift availability: Early morning, morning, day, evening, night, weekend, shift, on call, flexible hours. Benefits: Bonus; Employment terms: Permanent part‑time, may lead to full time. Availability: Must work shift/on‑call work.

Responsibilities
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms
  • Take, cancel and change room reservations
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services
  • Provide general information about points of interest in the area
  • Process guests’ departures, calculate charges and receive payments
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
  • Follow emergency and safety procedures
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Contact customers to deliver requested wake‑up calls
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide customer service
