Job summary

The Ross Hotel in Killarney is seeking Polly's Food & Beverage Attendant to deliver warm, attentive service in our dining areas. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and help maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

You will work with the bar and kitchen teams to coordinate orders, handle payments, and support events, with flexibility for weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and guest service preferred.
• Comfort with handling cash, card payments and guest inquiries.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders with accuracy.
• Serve food and drinks and maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
• Coordinate with bar and kitchen teams to ensure timely service.
• Process bills and payments; upsell and promote menu items as needed.
• Assist with setup, service and clearing for events and functions.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety and hygiene standards.
