Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in a Hospital/Nursing Kitchen or high-volume catering background.
• Must have three working references covering five years of work experience.
• Valid work permits to work full-time in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Work on the main wash up area and heavy-duty pot wash.
• General day to day cleaning of the kitchen.
• Help the chefs with daily tasks.
• Perform goods in and goods out duties.
• Manage stock control and stock rotation.
• Deep cleaning procedures weekly.
• Ensure the highest level of cleanliness throughout the day.
• Clean all crockery and cutlery.
• Maintain tidiness in food preparation areas.
• Work as part of the Kitchen team and follow management instructions.
• Adhere to all HACCP procedures.
• Maintain efficiency under pressure.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

We have ongoing work in hospitals and nursing homes throughout in Dublin City Centre and surrounding areas. The successful candidates will be required to join a friendly and motivated Kitchen Team. Excellent opportunity to work in some of the largest Healthcare settings throughout Dublin.
