Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in Hospital/Nursing Home catering or high volume catering.
• Two working references with at least two years for each.
• Valid work permits to work full time in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Setting up catering units for daily service.
• Serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and teas.
• Maintaining cleanliness of catering units and kitchens.
• Taking patient orders and recording temperatures.
• Following dietary requirements and HACCP procedures.
