Job summary

Currys plc in Dublin is seeking a Customer Delivery Assistant to join our team in the Dublin Customer Service Centre. This permanent, full-time role involves multi-drop deliveries, heavy lifting, and installing home tech such as washing machines and 4K TVs.

You’ll help customers in their homes and learn through Driver Academies, with progression opportunities. The role emphasizes strong customer service, a clean driving record (ideally a licence) and the ability to handle heavy stock.

Qualifications

• Great customer skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ideally a car driving licence and some experience of working in a delivery role or visiting customers homes.
• The ability to handle heavy stock.

Responsibilities

• Completing a multi-drop role alongside one of our delivery drivers, lifting & handling some heavy items.
• Making every customer encounter amazing.
• Installing a range of different products for our customers in their homes, helping everyone enjoy amazing technology.
