Job summary

Dovida in Ireland is seeking caring individuals to support clients in their own homes. You will provide companionship, assist with daily activities, and help older adults maintain independence with a flexible schedule.

The role includes light housekeeping, meal prep, personal care, and accompanying clients to appointments. We welcome compassionate people who communicate well and adapt to varying visit times.

Qualifications

• Desirable QQI qualification for care work.
• Full driving licence and/or previous care experience beneficial.
• Kind, reliable and able to work independently in clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful companionship and engage in conversations with clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed.
• Support personal care such as bathing, dressing and hygiene.
• Run errands or accompany clients to appointments.
