Job summary

Brown Thomas Arnotts in Dublin is recruiting Christmas seasonal roles across our stores, distribution centre and customer services to deliver a 5★ customer experience. Join a luxury retail environment and be part of the magic this Christmas.

As a Customer Service & Loyalty Line Advisor you will handle inquiries across email, chat, web portal and phone, promote the loyalty program, and work with store teams to ensure outstanding service while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or contact centre preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken English.
• Ability to handle multiple channels and stay organized under pressure.
• Demonstrated empathy and attention to detail in interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp and social media.
• Resolve queries with first-time resolution and escalate when needed.
• Manage loyalty card program sign-ups, updates and benefits touchpoints.
• Support online orders, fraud checks and gift card inquiries and tracking.
• Collaborate with in-store teams and marketing to improve customer experience.
• Record details in systems, manage cases end-to-end, and respond within time frames.
• Promote and educate customers on the Brown Thomas Arnotts App.
• Handle chat queries on the website and assist in-store teams with details as required.
• Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on promotions and store policies.
• Monitor feedback trends and propose changes to enhance service.
