Job summary

Center Parcs UK & Ireland Longford Forest is seeking enthusiastic team members for weekend and part-time roles to coach and supervise adventure sessions, ensuring safety and high-quality guest experiences.

In this hands-on position you'll lead activities such as aerial adventure, climbing and tree trekking, maintain equipment, and engage guests to create memorable moments while upholding our safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 18 years or over.
• Ability to perform under pressure with good communication skills.
• Physically capable to meet the demands of the role and comfortable working at height.
• Confident, sociable and works well in a team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Instruct and supervise activities such as aerial adventure, climbing and tree trekking
• Meet and engage guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience
• Set up, inspect and maintain equipment in line with company safety guidelines

Your working hours

• Part‑time contract, shifts fall between 8:00am and 5:00pm
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 90 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, weekends and bank holidays
• Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday

About You
