Job summary

KENNEDY INTERNATIONAL TRANSPOR is seeking reliable and professional Truck Drivers to join their team in Ireland. The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods throughout Ireland and, where required, internationally.

Responsibilities include conducting vehicle safety checks, complying with regulations, loading/unloading, and maintaining delivery records. A valid Category C/CE licence and good knowledge of transport rules are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods safely and efficiently to designated destinations across Ireland and internationally when required.
• Conduct vehicle safety checks and inspections before, during, and after journeys to ensure roadworthiness and compliance.
• Comply with all road transport legislation, driver hours regulations, tachograph requirements, and company policies.
• Load and unload goods as required, ensuring cargo is secured and handled safely.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, transport documentation, and relevant logs.
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, delays, or other incidents promptly to management.
• Deliver excellent customer service while representing the company in a professional manner.

The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods throughout Ireland and, where required, internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport goods safely and efficiently to designated destinations across Ireland and internationally when required.
• Conduct vehicle safety checks and inspections before, during, and after journeys to ensure roadworthiness and compliance.

Additional Duties

The successful candidate may be required to undertake other duties reasonably associated with the role of Truck Driver, as directed by management.

Salary

Annual wage €36,605 based on a 39-hour work week.

Hourly wage €18.05
