Medica Group, a leader in telehealth services across the UK and Ireland, is hiring a Bank Medical Receptionist for The Ultrasound Suite across Bray, Dublin and Gorey. You will support Sonographers with essential admin tasks, patient check-ins and scheduling, while delivering outstanding customer service and handling payments.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience and customer-facing roles.
• Strong administrative skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Dynamic personality with willingness to learn and upskill; take initiative.
• Customer/patient focused with excellent communication and phone manners.
• Proficient with Office tools including Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and outbound calls and manage enquiries.
• Check-in arriving patients and confirm schedules.
• Schedule patient appointments and optimise the calendar.
• Process payments and assist with billing where required.
• Coordinate referrals and liaise with clinical staff.
• Manage shared email inboxes and perform daily checks.
• Provide excellent customer service to referring GP practices and consultants.
• Assist with basic reporting tasks.
• Perform ad hoc administrative duties as required.
• Support radiology activities in clinics with full training provided.
• Daily cash-up at end of day.
