Job summary
Global Professional Consultants is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist for a leading Irish architectural practice in Dublin, focusing on healthcare projects. Excellent Revit proficiency and solid knowledge of other architectural software are essential.
You will produce detailed drawings, support delivery of complex healthcare schemes, coordinate with architects, clients and contractors, and ensure compliance with Irish regs, BCAR and planning requirements.
Qualifications
- 2+ years post-qualification experience.
- Experience in healthcare projects is desirable.
- Strong technical, communication and organisational skills.
- Good knowledge of Irish regulations.
Responsibilities
- Producing detailed technical drawings and construction documentation.
- Supporting delivery of healthcare and other complex projects.
- Coordinating with architects, clients, consultants and contractors.
- Ensuring compliance with Irish Building Regulations, BCAR and planning requirements.
- Attending design and project meetings.
- Managing technical information throughout each project stage.
