Duties

• Providing personal care, toileting, meal preparation, moving and transferring
• Alzheimer's, Dementia, and high-dependency care
• Medication prompting and light housework/basic shopping
• Companionship and encouraging independence
• Following individual Care Plans
• Reporting and documentation
• Promoting independence and positive client relationships
• Adhering to confidentiality and Health & Safety policies

Requirements

• QQI Care Skills & Care of the Older Person, or minimum 1 year's healthcare experience
• Full driver's licence & own transport
• Reliable, caring, and professional
• Good English (spoken & written)
• Eligible to work in Ireland
• International Police Clearance (if applicable)
• Medical fitness certificate
