Job summary

Connected Health in Bray, Co. Wicklow, Ireland is seeking a dedicated Home Care Assistant to join our team on site. The role requires a minimum of three years' paid home care experience and/or QQI Level 5 in Care Skills and Care of the Older Person, with a full driving licence and access to a car.
