Job summary

Komfort Kare is seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant Supervisor to lead our Home Support team in Dublin Northside. You will supervise care staff, conduct client assessments, and help develop person-centred care plans to support clients living independently at home.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in home care or healthcare, a valid Irish driving licence, strong communication and organizational skills, and QQI Level 6 or willingness to undertake.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in home care, healthcare, or as a Healthcare Assistant.
• Full Irish driving licence and access to a car.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with care planning, risk assessments and electronic care management systems.
• QQI Level 6 qualification (or willingness to undertake on commencement).
• Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments, reviews, quality assurance visits and risk assessments.
• Supervise and support Home Support Workers to ensure excellent care delivery.
• Develop and review care plans in partnership with clients and families.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals.
• Assist with training, mentoring and supporting care staff.

Healthcare Assistant Supervisor

Location: Dublin Northside

Starting Salary: €34,683 per annum (40 hours per week)

Full Irish Driving Licence & Own Vehicle Required

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Support Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred home care services.
