We're expanding our home care team in New Ross and nearby areas - and we're looking for Healthcare Assistants who want meaningful work, steady hours, and strong support.

Whether you've just finished your QQI modules or you're an experienced HCA ready for a fresh start, this is your chance to build a career that works for you.

What You’ll Do

You will support clients in their own homes with:

• Personal care (e.g., washing, dressing, toileting)
• Light household tasks and meal preparation
• Companionship and emotional support
• Safe mobility and routine assistance

Each day, you'll help someone stay in the place they love most - their home - with dignity and comfort.

Schedules that Work Around You

We offer a mix of part‑time, full‑time, and flexible contracts.

Our primary need is for:

• Morning shifts: 8 am to 12 noon
• Evening shifts: 4 pm to 8 pm
• Every second weekend

Once your schedule is agreed, it stays consistent – same times, same clients, every week. That means reliability for our clients, and predictability for you.

Pay & Benefits

We offer enhanced hourly pay based on your experience and training:

• €13.50/h – Experience + just completed QQI Care Skills & Care of the Elderly
• €14.00‑€14.50/h – Experience + both QQI modules completed
• €15.00/h – Full QQI Level 5 (8 modules) + relevant experience

• Consistent hours and clients
• Full initial and ongoing training

If you have relevant experience (including caring for a loved one), but haven't completed QQI yet, we can help.

We offer subsidised QQI training in Care of the Elderly and Care Skills, which must be completed before you start.
