CPL HealthCare is recruiting HealthCare Assistants across Ireland. Interviews are being held in Madrid on 28 October 2026. Attractive relocation and competitive pay are offered, with night and weekend premiums and meals provided.

Qualifications

• Healthcare-related qualification or relevant experience.
• Availability to work varied shift patterns days, nights & weekends across Monday to Sunday is essential.

• Professional, caring and empathetic nature.
• Be comfortable working in sometimes challenging environments.
• Experience in elderly care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to residents ensuring their independence is promoted and that residents’ dignity is maintained at all times. This will involve following your clients care plan – assistance with personal care and mobility.
• Developing and maintaining good relationships with residents and their families.
• Adhering to confidentiality policy at all times.
• Ensuring resident safety at all times.
• Deliver high quality care and assistance to our residents – personal care, toileting, moving & transferring.
• Communicate any changes or concerns in relation to resident needs/care.
• Adhere to Health & Safety and Infection Prevention and Control regulations.
• Assisting in maintaining a physical environment that is safe, peaceful, and comfortable for all residents and employees alike.
