Connect from Westport: We are hiring a Healthcare Assistant to provide compassionate care and daily living support. No experience required as QQI training will be provided, with ongoing development to help you grow in this rewarding role.

You’ll assist clients with personal care and daily activities, enabling independence while following strict care standards. A driving licence is required and weekend shifts may be available.

Qualifications

• 1 year of paid home care experience or QQI Level 5 in Care Skills and Care of the Older Person (we can help you achieve this).
• Good standard of English, spoken and written.
• Full driving licence with access to a car.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience: 1 year of paid home care experience AND/OR: QQI Level 5 (Care Skills and Care of the Older Person) - we can help you achieve this
• Drivers licence: Hold a full driving licence with access to a car.
• Communication Skills: Good standard of English - both spoken and written
• Flexibility: Must be available to work alternative weekends
