Ethos Care in Roscommon is seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support residents with daily living, promoting independence and person-centred care in a warm, homely environment.
You will work as part of a friendly team, with flexible scheduling and fortnightly pay. QQI Level 5 in healthcare is required, with care experience welcomed, and opportunities for training and career progression.
Benefits include meals on duty, free uniform and parking, and a €1,000 referral bonus.
Competenze
- QQI Level 5 in healthcare (or equivalent).
- Caring, patient and positive attitude.
- Experience in care is desirable.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
