Qualifications

• Solid verbal and written communication skills.

predominantly providing homecare services to customers in their own homes. Our services are tailored to suit each of our client’s needs. As part of our client-led services we carry out an assessment of needs, a risk-assessment, introduce carers and compose an individual, specialised care plan which comprehensively outlines the needs of the client and identifies how these needs will be met.
As an agency HCA you are required to be a social support for the residents with the settings you work. You are to provide support in all areas to promote independence and act as an advocate where necessary all whilst working under the management of Kare Plus being answerable to boththe client and Kare Plus.
