Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions in Galway is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Officer to drive safety culture onsite. The role focuses on developing and implementing H&S processes, sustainability initiatives, and cross-site improvements across the business.

For the ideal candidate, an EHS qualification with hands-on experience in manufacturing, plus a Manual Handling Trainer certification and knowledge of Irish H&S legislation are preferred. This is a full-time onsite position in Galway.

Qualifications

• Experience in Environmental Health & Safety management within manufacturing.
• Understanding of EHS systems and continuous improvement.
• Ability to deliver safety training and build safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve H&S systems.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments and audits.
