Responsibilities

• Act as a hands-on manager, operating as the sole member of the Health & Safety department.
• Manage all administrative tasks and respond to health and safety-related queries.
• Conduct staff inductions and deliver toolbox talks.
• Prepare and maintain Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMs).
• Carry out internal audits and site visits.
• Liaise with clients and senior management during site visits and meetings.
• Maintain and update company health and safety policies.
• Train staff on health and safety procedures and compliance.
• Serve as the first point of contact for all health and safety issues.
• Provide regular health and safety reports to the senior leadership team.

VANRATH are working in partnership with a growing and very successful business on the appointment of a Health & Safety Manager.

Location: Monaghan- Permanent - Monday - Friday

Salary

45000 - 58000 Euro (role can be paid in Euro or Sterling) + Fantastic Benefits + Van

In your new role:

• Act as a hands‑on manager, operating as the sole member of the Health & Safety department
